betwixt and between: a juried show from the Fall Exhibition Open Call
2022.

Between the realms of reality and fantasy exists a thin veil that
suspends our belief and captures our attention by requiring us to
find normalcy in the surreal.

The featured artists explore unique ways of masking and altering
their forms so that they are neither fully one thing or another —
making familiar objects and shapes feel distant. Their abstract
configurations meld and mix to reveal the inter-reality that exists
in that space between the possible and the absurd.

betwixt and between features work from Jordin Alanis, Santina Amato,
Katina Bitsicas, Shelby Corso, Vanezza Cruz, Marilla Cubberley, Julia
Curran, Daisy Diamond, Jan Dickey, John Brendan Guinan, Zach Hill,
Peishan Huang, Doi Kim, Cydney M Lewis, Daniela Lucato, Farrell
Mason- Brown, Casey Neumann, Michelle Paterok, Ophélie Paris, Katrina
Slavik, Assunta Saulle, Michael Saunders, Ayshia Taskin, Andy Van
Dinh, Til Will and Hayley Youngs.

This is the 5th juried exhibition held by Project Gallery V and marks
the one year anniversary of their juried exhibitions. PGV was
established in September of 2020 by Cary Hulbert and Trinity Lester.
